Re: renaming a database

That's worked so far, but I still have a couple questions. If the answers to these are found in documentation online, please point me to it (I realize these are very elementary questions): [I'm running Oracle 8.1.6 on Redhat Linux]

• How do I 'run' the trace file in sever manager?
• To delete a database, does deleting all the relevant datafiles and relevant files relating to the instance suffice?
