Modify the file ?:\ORAWIN95\NETWORK\ADMIN\TNSNAMES.ORA. You can do this with SQL*Net easy configuration that is installed during the installation process.

You can test the correct operation by using TNSPING.

Besides, the standard tns-name is ORCL.
